Joan and I have done a lot of old house work, and we are pretty choosy about our contractors. After having tried several electricians, and gotten tired of having to nag or chase them down, we tried Gen3 Electric, and were especially pleased about their service and excellent communications. We had a puzzling problem, it did take 2 visits (which were very prompt) to solve the problem, it was tricky. They are a largish firm, which I think is OK, it sometimes means prompter service. Any good suggestions for whom to call to source out the cause of periodic water in one of our outer walls? Condo says it is not from brick pointing nor internal pipes. I need an expert in - what??
